Mr. Conard’s tenure at UCI Architects has provided an effective program to hone his management skills with the hands on experience and exposure needed to become a well-informed and savvy businessperson to lead a growing architecture practice.
With over 15 years of practical experience after receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Conard has built an impressive resume of experience in all phases of the design and construction process.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Conard is leading the firm into environmentally friendly, sustainable practices. His certification by the International Code Council as an Accessibility Inspector/ Plan Examiner has positioned UCI Architects, Inc, as a leader in barrier-free design.
In addition to project management and client liaison, he has been directing the marketing programs at UCI Architects setting forth the directions and growth.
Building a collaborative relationship with the client throughout the design and construction process has been the hallmark of his professional excellence. He succeeds at nurturing lines of communication with all members of the design and construction effort to meet the goal with responsiveness and efficiency.
